2. Your Use of Weqnd

Do not share content that is harmful, offensive, unlawful, or violates others' rights.
You are responsible for the information you provide when creating or joining hangouts and voting on ideas.

You remain the owner of this content, but by submitting it, you give us permission to display it inside the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content follows these Terms.

4. Business Listings

Businesses may separately register through our website to appear in Weqnd.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their details.
Weqnd only provides a platform and does not guarantee or endorse any listed business.

5. Payments

The App is free for users.
Payments apply only to businesses through our external website, using trusted providers such as Razorpay.
Payment processing is handled by those providers, and their terms also apply.

6. Third-Party Services

Weqnd may rely on third-party providers for login, payments, or notifications.
We are not responsible for problems or issues caused by those third-party services.

7. Notifications

The App may send you notifications about hangouts, updates, or business features.
You can manage or turn off notifications in your device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Weqnd name, logo, design, and App content (excluding user content) belong to us.
You cannot copy, distribute, or misuse them without our permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Weqnd running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
The App may be unavailable at times due to maintenance or other reasons.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if they violate these Terms or misuse the App.
This may result in loss of access to certain features or content.

11. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold Weqnd harmless from claims, damages, or losses that arise from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or content you provide.

12. Limitation of Liability

Weqnd helps people discover hangout ideas and connect with businesses, but we are not responsible for your personal activities, transactions, or disputes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or accidental damages linked to your use of the App.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be handled under those laws and through the appropriate courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
By continuing to use the App after updates, you accept the revised Terms.
